Food was amazing!!! Service was excellent and most of all the atmosphere was perfect for brunch. I loved the decor

This is definitely my new go to for brunch. The decor is beautiful and the food was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant. I’ve already told all my friends about this place and can’t wait to go back.

Morningbirds… it’s like a Spring dream with amazing food! I took my Mother mid-week for an early Mother’s Day brunch. It was glorious! You know you’re there…and that you have really arrived when you see the neon sign and flowers waiting for you at the entrance. Be sure to take a selfie or ask the hostess to take a photo for you! When you enter you will be greeted by the darling host, hostess or bartender- all of which have spectacular personalities! Atmosphere is very adult- could be romantic, could be great for just a girl’s brunch. It is a mood- a beautiful mood! The place itself is visually impressive- flowers flow from the walls and ceiling like waterfalls. Birds are perched throughout on branches and birdhouses hide in corners. This is not done in a country way, but a modern and magical way. Seating is comfortable and covered in rich velvet. The chandelier over the bar is stunning! Lighting is perfect for any time of day or night. Our waiter, also the bartender, was absolutely wonderful- he had a great personality and knew everything about every item on the menu. You can choose from specialty coffee items, drinks from the bar or the typical tea, water, etc. We started with Bloody Mary’s- with a side of hot sauce just in case we needed to spice it up- it was a great beginning! The menu does not disappoint. The goal is to offer and serve fresh, local, and preservative free. I truly appreciate that! So many options and ways to enjoy menu offerings! We had The Peacock- plenty to share- Potatoes, grits, an extra side of vegan collards, applewood bacon, eggs and strawberry shortcake pancakes with fresh whipped cream - and biscuits. The strawberry shortcake pancakes were my favorite- magical little cakes that were not too sweet, just perfect, covered in strawberries and whipped cream. The nitrate free bacon- crispy and rich- and biscuits- dense and delicious came in close, tied for second. Each person gets their own little jar of jam and butter. Chef came out to make sure all was perfect…and it was!! Everything was warm and delicious!! We left after hugs and thank you’s for the staff. Take the time, make the trip to Roswell (Crabapple side)- it is totally worth it, and a really special time. Weekends, make a reservation. You must take the time to visit this very special, magical delicious place! My pics don’t do this place justice- I was trying to enjoy and be in the moment with my Mom- not take time away from it! I was looking forward to trying this place after seeing the reviews, but I guess the Saturday before mother's day was the wrong time to go. It was crowded and I don't think they were ready. I ordered my go to meal for any brunch, which is Chicken and Waffles because I don't eat eggs. That's when the chaos began. We had a member in our 3 party group order an appetizer and had to check on it twice after 30 minutes. Once the food came, the order wasn't correct for 2 of the 3. It took so long to get the right one and by that time we were done. The upside was my waffle because it was made to perfection and sweet enough to not need syrup. The huge downfall was the chicken. I got three wings which seem to be cooked in old oil because the color was dark and pieces of the batter were too hard to eat, while other parts just crumbled off. That's not what fresh chicken does. I gave up and just got what I didn't finish to go. It also had no flavor nor was it seadoned. I ordered a glass of juice, but what I got was 3 Oz for $7.00, which was totally ridiculous. I didn't mind paying $7, but not when I get $.50 worth of juice. I probably won't go back because we came pretty far to eat here and it was a total miss for me. The servers were nice and pleasant, but possibly new.
